Job summary

Our Future Health in London-based, with a flexible hybrid working model, seeks a Senior Commercial Analyst to join our Analytics team as the embedded analytics partner to Commercial and Marketing.

You will work hands-on with SQL, dbt and Omni to build trusted data models, metrics and dashboards, collaborating with senior stakeholders to translate questions into actionable insight and inform planning across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial analytics and stakeholder management.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to analyse large datasets.
• Experience building data models within modern analytics pipelines.
• Experience with CRM data and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Act as analytics partner to senior commercial stakeholders.
• Develop end-to-end analytics products from SQL/dbt to dashboards in Omni.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for commercial performance.
• Forecast revenue, pipeline, and scenarios to support planning.
• Analyse customer lifecycle, marketing, pipeline, and retention.
