FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to join our industry-leading Term Maintenance division, providing contract administration support to the operational team. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Richmond depot in London.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Administrator include:
  1. Administering and monitoring FM Conway’s interaction with clients and their electronic financial management system (CONFIRM or Symology).
  2. Preparing applications for payment and ensuring they are submitted within the required timescales.
  3. Receipting task orders and processing all completion and maintenance certificates.
  4. Preparing and submitting weekly resource forecasts for borough plant and materials.
  5. Supporting the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor in client payments to prevent cash flow issues and late receipt of funds.
  6. Liaising with site teams and the training team to ensure course attendance and maintain workforce competence.
  7. Requesting purchase orders and raising requisitions as needed.
Skills and experience required:

We seek a candidate with strong administrative skills, proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience in the highways or construction industry is advantageous. Candidates should have at least GCSE level education or equivalent and hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in business administration or equivalent. The role involves travel to other FM Conway locations; therefore, a full UK driving license and the ability to drive are required.
