Role Overview

In a Nutshell…

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to join our team within Vistry North East, at our Newcastle office. As our Commercial Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Commercial Department and ensure it operates accurately and efficiently in accordance with agreed timetables, whilst assisting with the team providing admin support as and when required.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

More about the Commercial Administrator role…

  • Working knowledge of COINS system would be preferred.
  • Maintain and update sales extras revenue and cost spreadsheet for each sales site on a weekly basis.
  • Recording minutes/actions from any commercial meetings as required.
  • Setting up, obtaining approvals, and processing new Sub-Contractors.
  • Managing and tracking SC renewable documentation.
  • Managing and tracking Sub-Contractor registration, approvals and renewals for CQMS.
  • Processing Sub-Contractor and Consultant Order Uplift documentation.
  • Obtaining and organising Forecast document returns from commercial staff.
  • Processing small value Sub-Contract payments and invoices.
  • Managing customer care costs / recovery against subcontractors.
  • Managing contingent worker process.
  • Maintain and update Supply Chain documentation.
  • Uploading and saving of commercial information to 4 Projects/Viewpoint.
  • Maintain Tracker for consultant appointments & uplifts and make any necessary payments.
  • Managing the contingent worker process and ensuring compliance with Engage portal.
  • Managing weekly staff diaries as required.
  • General Commercial office duties.
