Where will you be working?

We help clients safeguard water supply, improve environmental performance, and manage future demand. We enhance asset longevity and ensure compliance with water quality and environmental standards. With over 140 years of combined experience, we're problem solvers in engineering and infrastructure.

This role is within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team, focusing on large-scale programs to keep water infrastructure resilient and environmentally sustainable.

What will you be doing?
  • Assist with record preparation, document retrieval, and interfacing with cost systems, maintaining accurate paper and digital records to prevent disallowed costs.
  • Produce correspondence, documents, and presentations using various media; take minutes and follow up on actions during commercial meetings.
  • Conduct financial duties such as processing invoices, tracking costs, handling allocation sheets, timesheets, labor and material records, weekly plant returns, and daily diaries, ensuring secure storage and uploading to IT platforms.
  • Generate reports, cost downloads, pivot tables, and check data for consistency, addressing any anomalies as directed by the Commercial Team.
