Job summary

Howden is actively seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join the Consumer & Local Commercial team in the UK. The role involves building rapport with clients ranging from sole traders to large organisations and working closely with the Branch Manager to meet objectives.

You will review client documentation for quoting, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, assist in renewals and ensure FCA compliance while processing data accurately to support client service and analysis.

Qualifications

• You will review client documentation to support the quoting process.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts.
• Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving renewals and meeting FCA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with new and existing clients, from sole traders to MD/CEO level.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
• Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention and customer satisfaction.
• Process data accurately on relevant systems to support client service and analysis.
