Job summary

Howden Consumer & Local Commercial is seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join our UK team. You will build rapport with new and existing clients, from sole traders to large organisations, and work closely with the Branch Manager to hit objectives.

You will assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention, meet FCA requirements, and develop your career with opportunities for professional qualifications, with a supportive, collaborative culture and hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with new and existing clients, from sole traders to MD/CEO of large organisations
• Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives
• Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention and exceeding customer expectations while meeting FCA requirements
• Be willing to learn and develop professional qualifications
• Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support service and analysis
