Howden is seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join the Consumer & Local Commercial team in the UK. You will build rapport with new and existing clients, from sole traders to senior leaders, and work closely with the Branch Manager to meet objectives.

You will support Commercial Account Executives to achieve high renewal retention, learn on the job, and handle client documentation and data across relevant systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance and client liaison.
• Strong attention to detail and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders and support executives.
