Howden is seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join the UK Consumer & Local Commercial team. You will build rapport with clients ranging from sole traders to large organisations and work closely with the Branch Manager to hit objectives.

You will review documentation with care, process data on core systems, and support renewals to drive retention while progressing your career and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing client documentation and ensuring accuracy.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Willingness to learn and progress in Commercial Account handling and professional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention.
• Build rapport with new and existing clients, from sole traders to large organisations.
• Liaise with Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
• Process data promptly and accurately on core systems to support and improve client service.
