Job summary

Howden is seeking a Commercial Account Handler within its Consumer & Local Commercial team. The role involves building rapport with a range of clients from sole traders to larger organisations, and working with the Branch Manager to hit objectives.

You will support Commercial Account Executives with renewals, maintain high customer satisfaction, and ensure data is processed accurately on relevant systems to improve client service and analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing client documentation.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Willingness to learn and develop professional qualifications in time.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with new and existing clients and support the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
