Job summary

Howden is seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join its Consumer & Local Commercial team in the UK. You will build rapport with new and existing clients, from sole traders to large organisations, and work with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.

In this role you will review client documentation, ensure accuracy for quoting, and support renewal retention. The position offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional development and hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• You will review client documentation to ensure information is complete and accurate for quoting.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts to meet expectations and compliance standards.
• Support Commercial Account Executives in achieving renewal retention and exceed customer expectations.
• Willing to learn and progress your professional qualifications in the role.
• Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support client service and analytics.

Responsibilities
