Salary: Starting from £25,000.00 (depending on experience)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Duration: Permanent

About the role

SEIB Insurance Brokers, part of Benefact Group, seeks a Commercial Account Handler for our South Ockendon office.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced insurance professional aiming for their next career step. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service as part of the Commercial Team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing commercial book, including MTA’s & Renewals, to meet SLAs and provide excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, offering expert advice.
• Operate within regulatory frameworks, identify, and escalate risks.
• Provide administrative support to the wider SEIB team.
• Support colleagues across the business as needed.

Knowledge, skills, and experience

• Previous Commercial Insurance experience required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Hold or be willing to work towards Cert CII qualification within an agreed timeframe.
