Location: Sudbury

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: £30k - £35k

At Coversure Sudbury, we are looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join our experienced team. Reporting to Director Lee Parker, you’ll play a key role in handling new business enquiries, managing mid-term adjustments, and ensuring seamless renewals for our valued clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their insurance expertise or return to the industry and truly make a difference.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing client renewals, policy servicing, and new business enquiries
  • Providing a first-class service by understanding clients’ businesses, risks, and insurance needs
  • Presenting insurance solutions to secure renewals and new business
  • Collaborating with colleagues and the director to continuously improve team performance

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a similar role (Commercial Broking preferred)
  • Background in the insurance industry, ideally working with SME clients
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and (ideally) Acturis
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively
