Job description

Salary: Between£25,000.00 - £35,000.00 (depending on experience)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Duration: Permanent

Location: South Ockendon

About the role

SEIB Insurance Brokers, who are proudly part ofBenefact Group, are looking for a Commercial Account Handlerto join our South Ockendon office.

The successful individual will be an experienced insurance professional looking for their next career move. Within this role, you will ultimately be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, whilst acting part of the Commercial Team.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan, prioritise and manage work of existing commercial book, including MTA’s & Renewals to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLAs to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with all clients and provide expert product advice and guidance
  • Understand and operate within regulatory framework and identify and escalate any risks to the business.
  • To service existing SEIB clients – Commercial Portfolio using Open GI
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider SEIB Team
  • General adhoc admin duties, post, filing etc.
  • Support colleagues from all areas of the business as required
