Job summary

Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust (SWB) is seeking a Colposcopy Co-ordinator for City and Sandwell Health Campus in Birmingham. The role combines admin and secretarial duties with data reporting, to support the Cervical Screening Programme Lead.

The post requires strong organisational skills, independent work, and ability to work with medical secretarial staff, consultants and team members across sites.

Qualifications

• Advanced typing qualification (RSA III or equivalent).
• GCSE English & Maths at grade A-C.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the cross-site Colposcopy administrative service.
• Attend departmental meetings and take minutes.
• Collect, extract and analyse data sets for reporting.
• Provide support to the Cervical Screening Programme Lead.
