Job summary

Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust is seeking a Colposcopy Co-ordinator in the Colposcopy/Gynaecology Department, to support cross-site administrative services across City and Sandwell Health Campus.

As a Band 4 part-time post (30 hours per week), you will coordinate admin duties, assist with data collection and quarterly returns, and work with medical secretarial staff, consultants and the Cervical Screening Programme Lead to ensure standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in secretarial/administrative role

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Colposcopy cross-site administrative service with current coordinator
• Attend departmental meetings and take minutes
• Assist with collection and provision of statistical data sets and analyse complex data
• Provide support to the Cervical Screening Programme Lead

Skills

Experience in secretarial/administrive

Experience in managing staff

Education

RSA III or equivalent

GCSE English & Maths A-C
