Job summary

HRC Recruitment is seeking a Payment Support Agent to join a leading UK motor finance company in Glasgow. The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, with a salary of £26,000 and a benefits package.

You will handle arrears cases, make outbound calls, and maintain accurate customer records while ensuring compliant, customer-focused outcomes. You’ll work in a dynamic team that values service, transparency and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage arrears cases to bring the customer’s agreement up to date with good outcomes.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and update records after each call.
• Undertake letters, emails and texts to customers with accurate record keeping.
• Ensure performance levels are met in line with expectations.
• Update customer details and contact content for each agreement worked.
• Follow compliance procedures for all activities.
