Arnold Clark Group is seeking a meticulous Credit Controller to join our Leasing department at our Head Office in Glasgow. You will log and allocate payments, reconcile accounts and chase overdue balances while maintaining excellent customer communication. A strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

The role is full time, based at our Glasgow head office with a 33-day leave allowance, private healthcare and a workplace pension on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control and accounts receivable.
• Strong numeracy and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Log bank payments and allocate customer receipts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Chase overdue payments by letters and calls.
• Handle customer queries and payment via telephone card payments.
• Maintain meticulous records for the Leasing department.
