Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is the UK's largest ready-meal supplier, cooking and delivering over 330 frozen meals across the UK. We are seeking a driver on a 3-month fixed term contract, working 40 hours per week (5 in 6 days) in a coldstore at -20°C with provided protective clothing and breaks.

Role includes delivering meals, picking orders, using our app to update deliveries, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience within a customer service-based role.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Picking orders within the coldstore.
• Use the app to update customers' deliveries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van.
• Drive safely, responsibly and within the law.
• Clean and refuel your van as needed.
• Report discrepancies or delays to the office.
• Ensure customer confidentiality.
• Assist the office and picking teams as required.
• Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and holidays.
