Job summary

UCC Coffee in Manchester is seeking a field-based service engineer to repair and maintain coffee equipment across a wide geographic area. You will diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure all machines are left in excellent working order to deliver consistent coffee quality.

You will communicate with the central call centre, complete online job sheets and stock records, and comply with health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a proactive approach.
• Electrical/mechanical background with problem-solving skills.
• Full driving licence and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of coffee equipment from fault finding to diagnosis.
• Ensure equipment is left in good working order and first-time fix.
• Document work, timesheets, and parts used; maintain stock and tools.
• Coordinate with central call centre and inform customers on progress.
• Follow health and safety procedures and risk assessments.
