You’ll balance scheduled maintenance with reactive call-outs, ensuring machines operate at their best, while following our people-first approach to safe and professional service.

Although many visits are solo, you’ll have support from an experienced team and ongoing training to keep your technical knowledge sharp and up to date, with career development

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Customer-facing service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair coffee equipment for diverse clients.
• Respond to faults quickly and diagnose issues to restore operations.
• Manage day-to-day workload with team support and safety focus.
• Attend most jobs independently while staying connected with the team for guidance.
