Job summary

Matthew Algie is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and repair coffee equipment across our customer accounts in Crawley and West Sussex. You will work with a technical team and receive full training, with autonomy on daily scheduling to meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least one year in a similar field service role, solid electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge, and a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a similar Field Service role.
• Thorough working knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Proven track record in a customer-facing service environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair coffee equipment across customer accounts.
• Balance planned maintenance with reactive calls, meeting safety and regulatory standards.
• Monitor parts usage and support First Time Fix KPI with efficient fault resolution.
