Job summary

Liquidline is a fast-growing, family-owned beverage solutions provider in the UK, seeking a self-driven Field Service Engineer. You will install, service and repair coffee machines, water coolers, and boiler systems at customer sites, ensuring high-quality wow service and customer satisfaction.

Based in the field across London and wider UK, you will build strong relationships with clients, manage fault diagnosis, perform preventative maintenance, and keep accurate online records.

Qualifications

• Delivery of exceptional customer service through installation, repair and maintenance of equipment with clear customer communication at all times.
• Broad range of equipment repairs and preventative maintenance from fault finding to diagnosis ensuring good working order.
• Keep tools, equipment and company vehicles in good condition and report faults to line manager daily.
• Complete on-line job sheets and time sheets, ensure review and submission before leaving premises to validate client satisfaction.
• Provide agreed spare parts stocks via Eagle App to ensure invoicing, stock control and replenishment of vehicle stock.
• Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and bring any risks to management.

Responsibilities

• Technical skills include Bean to Cup, Billi systems, electronics, POU coolers, plumbing, vending machines, filtration, barista/coffee quality, installation, project management.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Deliver excellent customer service and actively listen to customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management.
• Understand locations and road networks to plan efficient service routes.
