Job summary

Shannon White Technical Recruitment is seeking a Coffee Field Service Engineer in Milton Keynes. You will service and repair coffee equipment, working 7am-4pm with a 1 in 4 weekend pattern and a company vehicle.

The role requires a motivated, customer-focused individual with strong electrical/mechanical knowledge and a clean UK driving licence; driving is essential to visit a range of clients from independents to national brands.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach with strong service orientation.
• Solid understanding of coffee equipment and quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills with electrical/mechanical background.
• Must be computer literate and hold a clean UK driving licence.
• Self-motivated with flexible location, hours, and 1 in 4 weekends.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repair and preventative maintenance on coffee equipment.
• Ensure coffee quality matches specifications and first-time fix.
• Coordinate with central call centre and keep customers informed.
• Follow on-site arrival procedures and obtain permission to start.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures and raise risks.
• Complete online job sheets and timesheets before leaving.
• Maintain tools, equipment and vehicles; report faults.
• Manage spare parts stocks and invoicing from stock.
