Job summary

Talented People is seeking an experienced Coffee Engineer to join our field-based team in Watford. The role covers West London and the West & North Home Counties, installing, servicing and repairing commercial coffee equipment at customer sites.

You will work on bean-to-cup machines, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, and provide excellent on-site service while managing your own diary and workload. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Bean-to-cup coffee machine experience required.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Experience with commercial catering or coffee equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission commercial coffee machines.
• Service and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical faults.
• Work on bean-to-cup machines – essential.
• Carry out breakdown and reactive repairs.

We are looking for an experienced Coffee Engineer to join our growing team, based in Watford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong bean-to-cup coffee machine experience who is looking for a varied field-based role covering West London and the West & North Home Counties.

You will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial coffee equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of commercial coffee machines
• Servicing and preventative maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults
• Working on bean-to-cup coffee machines – essential
• Carrying out breakdown and reactive repairs
• Ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service on-site
• Completing service reports and relevant paperwork
• Managing your own diary and workload across the territory
• Working closely with the wider service and technical team

About You

• Previous coffee engineering experience
• Strong bean-to-cup experience – essential
• Good electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
• Experience working on commercial catering or coffee equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• A full UK driving licence

Experience working across multiple commercial coffee machine brands would be highly desirable.
