Job summary

Woodrow Mercer Engineering is seeking an experienced Coffee Engineer / Field Service Engineer to service and repair commercial coffee machines across West Sussex, Surrey and Kent. The role covers installation, maintenance, fault finding and delivering excellent customer service.

You will join a market-leading team with ongoing manufacturer training, a clear career path and attractive remuneration (£38,000–£42,000) plus bonus, overtime, and a company van.

Qualifications

Experience as a Field Service Engineer or Service Engineer.
Coffee machine experience desirable but not essential.
Engineers from White Goods, Vending, EPOS, Commercial Catering, Refrigeration, Commercial Laundry or Gaming will be considered.
Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

Service, maintenance and repair of commercial coffee machines.
Fault finding on electrical and mechanical equipment.
Planned preventative maintenance.
Installation and commissioning of coffee equipment.
Delivering excellent customer service.
Field-based role covering West Sussex, Surrey and Kent.
