The Headland Cornwall in RenMor is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our frontline team on the Towan Headland, Newquay. You’ll oversee daily shifts, uphold luxury service standards, and ensure seamless guest experiences across breakfast to dinner service.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or senior leadership experience in a high-quality restaurant or hotel environment.
• Passion for high-quality food, drink, and luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a team-first mindset.
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shifts and coordinate the team to deliver food and drinks.
• Model high service standards and elevate the guest experience.
• Engage with guests and handle feedback or complaints with a warm, solution-focused attitude.
• Train and motivate F&B Attendants, including Barista and service training.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, cash handling and stock control.
