You will mentor staff, manage guest enquiries with a warm yet authoritative approach, and uphold our distinctive standards across breakfast to dinner service, in a premium seaside environment that welcomes guests and their four-legged friends alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or senior leadership role within a high-quality restaurant or hotel environment
• A genuine passion for high-quality food, drink and luxury hospitality
• Excellent communication, organisational and delegation skills with a team-first mindset
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm under-pressure demeanour
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Responsabilités

• Leading daily shifts, overseeing the team, and ensuring smooth delivery of food and drinks with professional flair
• Acting as a role model for the team and maintaining high service standards
• Engaging with guests, handling advanced enquiries, and resolving feedback with a warm, solution-oriented attitude
• Training, mentoring and motivating F&B Attendants, supporting Barista and service training
• Managing opening/closing procedures, cleanliness standards and stock control
