Job summary

The National Trust is seeking a part-time Business Services Co-Ordinator (Place Based) in Holt to support day-to-day operations along the North Norfolk Coast, ensuring high standards of service and presentation. You’ll manage budgets, raise purchase orders, and monitor financial reports, while assisting facilities with compliance and contract management, including occasional travel to other NT sites.

Qualifications

• Experience providing business support and facilities/office supervision.
• Good written and spoken communication.
• Able to multi-task and work with a team and on your own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations at the Holt site.
• Assist in managing budgets and raising purchase orders.
• Monitor financial reports and assist with facilities compliance and contract management.
• Occasionally cover Visitor Experience and Facilities functions during peak seasons.
