Job summary

Anglia Community Eye Services (ACES) seeks a proactive Co-Management Partner Liaison to drive partnerships with optical retailers and expand referrals across the South West, Wales and Midlands. This field-based role requires strong relationship management and a passion for delivering excellent patient care.

You will be the main contact for referrers, promoting the co-management pathway and coordinating activities to support growth while collaborating closely with Optical Express clinic managers

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a multi-site clinical environment and knowledge of the Optical industry.
• Field sales experience essential.
• Previous experience of working in an optical or an ophthalmic environment is essential.
• Experience in developing new business.
• Effective diary management to maximise time efficiently.
• Account management or sales experience.
• Must have a driving license.
• Ability to route plan and cover territory comprehensively.
• Knowledge of CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referrals from Opticians and optometrists in the South West, Wales and Midlands regions.
• Analyse the territory and identify market share potential.
• Promote features and benefits of the referral system to referrers and patients where possible.
• Manage account relationships and be the first contact for referrers to maximise retention.
• Analyse referral data to identify services needing engagement and marketing support.
• Promote and assist in the co-ordination of dedicated events to support stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with Optical Express clinic managers to ensure patients are dealt with quickly with successful outcomes.
• Populate and report daily on Salesforce to broaden territory insights.

Job Title: Co-Management Partner Liaison

Location: Southampton

Hours: Full Time – 40 hrs per week

ACES is a pioneering independent provider of NHS ophthalmic care in the community and one of the first centres nationally to take innovative fast track cataract surgery out of a hospital setting. Delivering the highest standard of clinical eye care with expert consultant ophthalmologists putting patient care at the heart of everything we do.

With NHS waiting lists for cataracts surgery growing at an alarming rate, ACES offer patients an alternative option, providing them with life changing cataract surgery in as little as four weeks. We are enormously proud to be able to provide our patients with immediate care and support the NHS.

We’ve been providing NHS eye care in the East of England since 2007 and are expanding this year across the UK. We provide a range of services including: cataract surgery, YAG laser treatment, glaucoma treatment, oculoplastics and general ophthalmology.

Our Co-Management programme offers a streamlined, simple route for patients to access cataract surgery, and as a result of growth in demand, we are seeking to recruit a Co-Management Partner Liaison, to work with optical retailers to provide patients with the best possible outcomes.

Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated individual to be the main point of contact for our referral partners. You will join a fast-paced organisation committed to providing outstanding patient outcomes. As the Co-Management Partner Liaison is a field based role you will be highly visible and active within the community, establishing new partnerships and building on existing relationships to promote ACES and the eye care services we provide.

Key Responsibilities

• To continually analyse referral data to identify services that may require additional support with engagement and marketing plan delivery.
• Promote and assist in the co-ordination of dedicated events to support the engagement of stakeholders.
• You will work in close partnership with the Optical Express clinic managers and team to ensure patients are dealt with quickly with successful outcomes.
• Populating and reporting daily on Salesforce system to broaden our understanding of the territory.
