Actio Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading precision engineering company in Ferndown for a CNC Turner role. The role focuses on Mazak Integrex lathes, programming, setting and operating to tight tolerances for high-precision aerospace and defence components.

You will join a well-established team in a day shift, four days per week, with responsibilities covering full-cycle machining, quality checks and in-process inspection. Contact Actio for more information.

The Role:

You'll be joining a well-established team producing high-precision components for aerospace, defence, and other demanding sectors. This is a hands‑on role requiring full‑cycle machining expertise on Mazak Integrex lathes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming using Mazatrol controls
• Setting and operating multi-axis CNC machinery
• Interpreting complex engineering drawings
• Ensuring tight tolerances and high-quality finishes
