Actio Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading precision engineering company in Ferndown for a CNC Turner role. The role focuses on Mazak Integrex lathes, programming, setting and operating to tight tolerances for high-precision aerospace and defence components.

Qualifications

• Time-served CNC Turner with Integrex experience.
• Confident programming in Mazatrol.
• Strong understanding of precision machining and tooling.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Quality-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Programming using Mazatrol controls.
• Setting and operating multi-axis CNC machinery.
• Interpreting complex engineering drawings.
• Ensuring tight tolerances and high-quality finishes.
• Conducting in-process inspection and quality checks.
