The Recruitment Group (Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group) is seeking a skilled CNC Miller / Setter-Operator to join the Northampton team. You will set and operate Fanuc-controlled CNC milling machines, with programming as a bonus, and contribute to meeting production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Producing components to required specs and quality standards.

• Selecting tooling and setting up machines for production.
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring tolerances.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Editing and developing CNC programmes where required, with training available.
• Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines and maintain high standards.

CNC Miller / Setter-Operator (Fanuc Controlled Machines)

Location: Northampton, Warwickshire

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Miller / Setter-Operator to join our team in Northampton. The ideal candidate will have experience setting and operating Fanuc-controlled CNC milling machines, with programming experience being a bonus.

We are happy to consider someone with strong setting and operating skills who is keen to develop their programming knowledge, as full training will be provided for the right person.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
