Job summary

Gi Group UK is seeking an experienced CNC Miller to program, set and operate Fanuc-controlled milling machines. You will produce bearing housings, custom parts and prototypes, working with steel, aluminium and other metals. The role requires accuracy, reliability and adherence to quality standards.

The position offers a 35,000–36,000 GBP annual salary with overtime opportunities and a standard Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule. Gi Group UK provides a supportive engineering team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a CNC Miller Programmer/Setter.
• Confident programming and setting Fanuc controlled machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience machining a variety of metals.

CNC Miller - Programmer / Setter / Operator

Salary: £35,000-£36,000 + overtime

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday-Friday)

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join our growing engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone confident in programming, setting and operating Fanuc controlled turning machines, producing high quality components for a wide range of industries.

What You'll Be Doing

• CNC milling, programming and setting using Fanuc controls


• Producing bearing housings, custom one off parts and prototype components


• Working with steel, aluminium, cast iron, and other materials


• Supporting general workshop tasks when required


• Ensuring all work meets quality and accuracy standards

What We're Looking For

Pay & Overtime

• Time & a half Monday-Saturday after 40 hours
