Job summary

Gi Group UK is seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join our engineering team in Leicester. The role covers programming, setting and operating Fanuc controlled milling machines to produce bearing housings, prototypes and one-offs from steel, aluminium and cast iron.

You will read engineering drawings, ensure tolerance and quality, and support workshop tasks as needed. Offered is £35,000-£36,000 base with overtime: time-and-a-half after 40 hours Mon-Sat and double pay on Sundays, plus a yearly

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a CNC Miller Programmer/Setter.
• Confident programming and setting Fanuc controlled machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience machining a variety of metals.
• Reliable, accurate and quality focused.

CNC Miller - Programmer / Setter / Operator

Salary: £35,000-£36,000 + overtime Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday-Friday)

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join our growing engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone confident in programming, setting and operating Fanuc controlled turning machines, producing high quality components for a wide range of industries.
