Job summary

Connect 4 is seeking a skilled CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator in Camberley to program, set and run Fanuc-controlled milling machines. You will produce precision components from detailed drawings and optimise programmes for efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years CNC machining experience, 3+ years with Fanuc, and strong interpretation of complex drawings with tight tolerances. Training on additional tools available. On-site with pension and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
• 3+ years' experience with Fanuc controls.
• Strong CNC milling and precision engineering experience.
• Excellent drawing interpretation skills.
• Experience machining complex components to tight tolerances.
• A strong understanding of tooling and cutting parameters.
• Experience with Haas, Matsuura, OneCNC or Edgecam would be advantageous, training can be provided.

Responsibilities

Job Title: CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator

Location: Camberley, Surrey

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Shift: Day shift, 39 hours per week

Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 Per Annum (negotiable depending on experience) + Overtime

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting and operating Fanuc-controlled CNC milling machines, producing complex precision components to tight tolerances from detailed engineering drawings. The role will also involve programme optimisation, tooling selection and in-process quality inspection.

Package:

£37,000-£45,000 (negotiable depending on experience) + 1.33× overtime, 39-hour week, day shift, pension, 20 days' holiday + Bank Holidays and free on-site parking.
