Job Description

You have must be Experienced with CNC Machinary & CNC Equipment & CNC Technical Engineering *

Responsibilities
  • To communicate positively and efficiently with the Service Desk.
  • To visit customer sites to install, service and repair machines.
  • Leave jobs in full working order and liaise with customers.
  • At customer sites, familiarise yourself with customer rules and working practices, including their health and safety policies.
  • To feedback to the Service Desk problems/issues on site.
  • When the job/customer dictates, there could be a requirement to lodge away from home.
Requirements
  • Ability to install, service and repair CNC machines and equipment
  • Ability to fault find, diagnose and correct errors as identified on CNC machine tools.
  • Ability to assemble, set up and dismantle hydraulic, pneumatic and large associated mechanical assemblies.
  • A team player with the ability to work on own initiative and problem solve.
  • Knowledge of part identification and understanding of engineering drawings.
  • Mechanical and electrical qualifications/experience.
  • PLC knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills.
  • PC literate.
  • Previous experience is essential of a service team environment.
