Job description

I am currently recruiting for a CMS Strategist for my insurance client. This role will be part of the company's flagship membership programme and digital product team. The content manager will create and manage content modelling for assets on this multi-tenant, multi-member segment platform and build features on CMS in collaboration with the development team to deliver solutions.

This is an initial 6-month contract, paying around £550/day (Inside IR35), and fully remote.

Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on experience using and configuring headless CMSs.
2. Experience with CMSs such as Contentful, Contentstack, Prismic, Acoustic, GatherContent.
3. Managing content across multiple channels and formats from a single platform.
4. Personalising or customizing user experiences based on complex conditionalities.
5. Understanding systems thinking related to content types, design systems, version control, and branching. Coding skills are not essential, but the ability to reason about items and types abstractly is useful.
6. Adapting to various project/product methodologies like Agile, Kanban, Scrum within organizations using waterfall models.
7. Collaborating and communicating effectively, participating in stand-ups, retrospectives, deployment calls, asking questions, and raising challenges.
8. Building features on CMS according to design and personalization needs for specific clients and segments, and managing deployment aligned with release cycles.
