Director / Senior Director, Banks

Fitch Solutions is seeking a Product Strategist, Director / Senior Director, based out of London or European offices. You will engage with clients to deliver Fitch Ratings data, credit research, and FD&A value propositions, leveraging your expertise in bank regulation (Basel) across EMEA to optimize client use of Fitch credit ratings and develop new product ideas based on client feedback and market needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading client meetings to showcase Fitch's credit ratings, research, and FD&A offerings; strengthening client relationships.
• Supporting increased engagement with major accounts and expanding to regional and smaller accounts.
• Creating presentation materials and tools to demonstrate Fitch’s solutions benefits.
• Leading user groups and advisory councils for feedback and relationship building.
• Providing scalable tools for Sales to promote Fitch’s products regionally.
• Collaborating with Sales and commercial teams for sales enablement and business growth.
• Developing new products based on regulations, client feedback, and market trends.
• Providing subject matter expertise, including training and webinars.
• Liaising with Ratings analytical team to optimize Fitch Ratings’ research and webinars.

Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in global bank regulation, especially UK and EMEA regions.
• Ability to apply technical bank regulation details to product development.
• Strong knowledge of bank use cases related to ratings data, credit research, and FD&A.
• Excellent presentation skills and experience with senior management and risk managers.

Preferred:

• Expertise in APAC bank regulation.
• Understanding of credit ratings for asset managers.
