We are looking for a Creative Strategist with digital marketing experience to join our team in London!

We believe you are a creative misfit who loves to challenge the status quo. This role is for you if you are passionate about challenging traditional creative processes and helping Precis shape the future of creative in digital marketing.

Creative Strategy at Precis is the perfect intersection between media and creative, bridging the gap and facilitating alignment between the two areas. This entails a deep understanding of creative processes as well as an understanding of media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in or leading cross-functional teams, and familiarity with agile methodologies. You will collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Digital Specialists, Media Strategists, and Data Strategists to identify client challenges and develop insights-driven creative solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Craft insights-based creative strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Conduct performance analyses and competitive research, translating findings into actionable strategies for growth and retention.
  • Develop and maintain creative testing frameworks, fostering an iterative approach to strategy and development.
  • Bridge multidisciplinary teams to find solutions that enhance creative output and advertising performance.
  • Maintain oversight of project plans and timelines, ensuring realistic yet ambitious goals.
  • Present strategic solutions and creative ideas clearly and compellingly to clients and teams.
  • Contribute to pitches and projects with strategic insights, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Promote digital creativity internally and externally, elevating Precis Creative's presence in the UK.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in creative strategy or planning within a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Understanding of full-funnel marketing and interdependent stages.
  • Track record of planning and evaluating creative initiatives with strategic recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills across multiple disciplines and deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in presentation software and reporting.
  • Excellent presentation and pitching skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to think outside the box.
