Job summary

Ponticelli UK Ltd is seeking an experienced CMMS Operator to manage data within the CMMS, including work orders, assets, and maintenance schedules. The role supports efficient maintenance operations and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has GCSEs including Maths and English, CMMS experience in a maintenance setting, and a proactive approach to data quality. This permanent role may be filled via Agency-PAYE for four days per week.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including Maths and English
• Experience with CMMS in a maintenance/operations environment
• Desirable: certification in maintenance management or related field
• Desirable: energy sector experience

Responsibilities

• Input and update maintenance data into the CMMS for work orders, PM schedules, and asset records
• Create, track, and close work orders ensuring timely documentation
• Maintain asset records including equipment history and maintenance schedules in the CMMS
• Generate reports from the CMMS to help with planning, scheduling, and compliance
• Assist team with CMMS queries and provide training on CMMS functionalities
• Ensure data integrity by auditing CMMS entries according to company standards
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules within the CMMS
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations and inventory to keep CMMS records current
