Qualifications
Essential administrative experience, preferably in Facilities Management.
Proven ability to plan and organize engineering maintenance activities.
Experience with CMMS or CAFM systems is desirable.

Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
Coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks.
Schedule resources and manage work orders through CMMS.
Produce documentation and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
Maintain strong client relationships and support KPI tracking.
Improve processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
