Qualifications

• Essential administrative experience, preferably in Facilities Management.
• Proven ability to plan and organize engineering maintenance activities.
• Experience with CMMS or CAFM systems is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks.
• Schedule resources and manage work orders through CMMS.
• Produce documentation and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support KPI tracking.
• Improve processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
