Job summary

Harsco Rail in the United Kingdom is seeking an organised administrator to support Field Service and Maintenance managers. You will maintain records of fleet assets, generate weekly reports, and assist with data analysis to optimise service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong data gathering and reporting skills.
• Experience with Fleet Asset management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Update FAMS to close scheduled maintenance work-orders, including attachments.
• Create unscheduled maintenance Work-Orders in FAMS and close with docs.
• Create work arising Work-Orders in FAMS.
• Manage the FAMS asset tracker document with the team.
• Maintain and update a register of unscheduled faults.
• Monitor outstanding work orders.
• Liaise with 3rd party contractors for bookings/site visits.
• Prepare requisitions and expedite purchase orders.
