Job summary

Pure Data Centres Group is seeking a Site Performance Engineer to act as the local CMMS SME and support the Global Operations team. You will roll out initiatives, produce KPIs, and provide cover as needed across sites.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance planning, managing CMMS at site level, and coordinating with vendors, teams, and stakeholders. Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years CMMS experience.
• Experience in planning and scheduling within facilities management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance work orders with engineering teams and vendors.
• Own and manage CMMS at site level and ensure updates.
• Report incidents and generate KPI reports.
• Develop 52-week preventative maintenance plan.
• Oversee CMMS software updates and change control.
• Drive data-driven decision making.
