Opticore IT is a specialist Network Engineer and Project Management consultancy seeking a System Administrator for a 3-month contract inside IR35. The role is on-site in Dunstable three days per week and focuses on maintaining and improving Configuration Management and Service Information data within ServiceNow.

You will work across Infrastructure, Applications, Networks, Security and Service Management teams to gather, validate information, update CI attributes, ownership and relationships, and

Competenze

• Experience with CMDB administration and ITSM within ServiceNow.
• Maintain CI, Service and Service Offering records and ownership.
• Ability to run workshops with Service Owners and Tower Leads.

Mansioni

• Maintain and improve Configuration Item, Service and Service Offering records within ServiceNow, working across Infrastructure, Applications, Networks, Security and Service Management teams to gather and validate information.
• Update CI attributes, ownership, support groups and relationships in ServiceNow
• Validate Service and Service Offering records with Service Owners and Tower Leads;
• Run workshops to confirm ownership, support arrangements and escalation contacts
• Track remediation of missing or inaccurate records using ServiceNow reporting.
