RBH Hospitality Management in Aberdeen TECA is seeking a Cluster Reservations & Events Coordinator to drive reservations, group bookings and event coordination across Hilton and Aloft Aberdeen TECA. You will optimise revenue and ensure smooth, professional service delivery.

The role requires excellent administrative skills, proactive selling and coordination with Sales, F&B, Banqueting and Operations to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Reservations Management: Handle individual, group, and corporate reservations across cluster properties.
• Events and Group Coordination: Manage inquiries for meetings, conferences, and social events; prepare proposals and contracts.
• Revenue & Administration: Forecast group room blocks; monitor cut-off dates and payments; generate performance reports.
• Customer Service and Communication: Act as a key contact for guests and event clients; resolve discrepancies and build corporate relationships.
