An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Cluster Manager to join a well-loved womenswear brand experiencing significant growth.
This role involves managing their current standalone and concession stores, reporting to the Head of Retail.
As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for driving retail sales across your stores, coaching and motivating a team of managers. You should be commercially minded, with a strong VM background to enhance sales and create visually appealing stores for customers. You will be a natural leader, inspiring teams and nurturing talent.
To succeed, you need previous experience managing concession stores and understanding the dynamics of successful partnerships with host stores. A holistic approach to staff management and the ability to inspire teams to achieve targets are essential. A valid UK driving license is required, as travel to stores outside London will be necessary.
