As a Cluster Training Manager, you will work within the Talent & Culture Department and report directly to the Group Director of Talent & Culture.

You will be responsible for:

• Coordinating all training sessions within our London hotels
• Meeting apprenticeship targets across the hotels
• Managing training budgets across the businesses
• Facilitating training sessions across the hotels
• Handling projects as required

Essential requirements for our Cluster Training Manager:

• Experience in a similar role
• Intermediate written and spoken English skills
• CIPD qualification preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays; shift pattern will be applicable
