Job summary

Millennium Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Cluster HR Manager to support the People department and oversee day-to-day HR operations for two Copthorne properties in Slough and Gatwick. You will focus on onboarding, engagement, recruitment, development and wellbeing, building trusted relationships with stakeholders.

The role involves ER support, talent reviews, succession planning, and coordinating employee engagement initiatives across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR management across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Managers with employee relations and wellbeing.
• Assist recruitment and onboarding processes for new starters.
• Collaborate with central HR to conduct talent reviews and succession planning.
• Organise and promote employee engagement initiatives across business areas.
• Support talent acquisition events and external partnerships.
• Stay up-to-date with HR policy, legislation and best practices.
• Contribute to communication strategy for staff and regional projects.
• Drive the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit interviews.
