Job summary

Millennium Hotels and Resorts is looking for a Cluster HR Manager to support the People department across two hotels; Copthorne Slough or Copthorne Gatwick. You will manage onboarding, induction, engagement, recruitment, retention, training, development and wellbeing while building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

Based at either Copthorne Slough or Copthorne Gatwick, you will lead HR activities, advise on policies, and drive the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exits, in a

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Human Resources management.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborating with peers across a matrix HR structure.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Managers with employee relations, health and wellbeing and people policies, overseeing ER cases.
• Assist Managers with recruitment needs ensuring onboarding experience for new starters.
• Work with central HR functions, conduct hotel talent reviews and maintain robust succession and attraction plans.
• Organise and promote employee engagement initiatives across business areas.
• Coordinate talent acquisition events and external partnerships.
• Keep up to date with best practices, personal development and legislation.
• Assist in delivery of new HR initiatives, policy and procedures and participate in regional projects.
• Support in effective communication strategy for employees.
• Drive the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, development, succession, exits.
