Job summary

leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a Cluster People & Culture Business Partner to shape culture, drive engagement and talent development across multiple hotels in the UK. You will partner with hotel leaders to translate business priorities into people-focused solutions that enable teams to thrive.

The role focuses on leadership capability, change management and sustaining a high performing culture aligned with our values. Collaboration with the broader People & Culture team is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in People & Culture, HR Business Partner or senior HR leadership role.
• Experience in a multi-site or operational hospitality environment preferred.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hotel leadership teams to deliver people solutions that support business performance and Team Member engagement.
• Coach and support managers to strengthen leadership capability and people management skills.
• Support talent development, succession planning and career progression across assigned hotels.
• Lead and support employee relations matters, providing balanced commercial and people-focused guidance.
• Use people data and insights to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
• Champion Team Member engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and recognition initiatives.
• Support organisational change projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with hotel leaders to support recruitment, retention and workforce planning strategies.

This is a key leadership role responsible for partnering with hotel leaders to drive engagement, develop talent, strengthen capability and create high-performing cultures where Team Members can thrive.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to management teams, helping translate business priorities into people-focused solutions that support both individual and organisational success.

The Opportunity

As Cluster People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with hotel leadership teams to deliver people strategies that support engagement, performance and business success across multiple hotels.

You’ll play a key role in developing leadership capability, supporting organisational change, nurturing talent and ensuring our people experience reflects the values and culture of leaf HOSPITALITY.

Working collaboratively with leaders and the wider People & Culture team, you’ll help create environments where Team Members feel valued, supported and empowered to be their best.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a People & Culture, HR Business Partner or senior HR leadership role
• Experience working in a multi-site or operational environment, ideally within hospitality
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and people best practice
• Experience coaching, influencing and supporting leaders at all levels
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to use people data and insights to support business decisions
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how people strategies drive performance
• A proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred
